The International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program offers a rigorous and comprehensive set of objects for students to engage with during classroom instruction. These objectives and strands are taught and assessed through everyday classroom instruction, the use of sound pedagogical techniques, IB’s Approaches to Learning, and the IB Summative Assessment procedures.
These objectives are taught in conjunction with and alignment to the Baltimore County Public Schools curriculum, outlined by the content offices of the school system, BCPS Policy 6000 and COMAR.
The AVID elective and the technology education classes utilize the IB Design Curriculum.
