Ms. Gaddy works with Windsor Mill students to help them begin thinking intentionally about their future. Through college and career exploration, students can connect their interests, strengths, and goals to real educational and career pathways.

Students can meet with Ms. Gaddy to explore career interests, learn about high school programs and pathways, build college awareness, and discover opportunities that can help prepare them for what comes next.
